| Information | - Help to find appropriate services both for parents and their children

| Advocacy | - Help parents to prepare for meetings e.g. school reviews, clinics, children's hearings

| | - Accompany parents to meetings and speak for them if required
|
| | - Help to relieve the anxieties experienced by parents
|
| | - Help parents to get the most out of meetings
|
| Behaviour management | - Help parents to identify the trigger points for disruptive behaviour
|
| | - Develop strategies to help parents cope
|
| | - Deliver a six week course which is adapted to the individual family's needs and delivered on a one to one basis in the family's own home
